About the Host
Hello! I am Katelyn Rossier, a licensed Architect and founder of mentorDINO. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture from Kent State University. I've worked on numerous complex projects in my career so far in healthcare, higher education, workplace, and science and technology.
I began blogging as I was finishing up my AREs and getting through a very tough project where I almost left the profession entirely. I have seen how proper mentorship and training can do wonders for someone's career. But that does not always happen. The mentors that kept me in the profession fueled my drive to help others. Helping professionals of all generations lights a fire to keep me going. And mentorDINO is my platform to try to make a difference in the profession.
